This is also known as Balasana. Sit on the yoga mat by kneeling down on the floor. Rest your buttocks on your heels. Place your hands on your knees and look straight. Raise your hand upwards and bring them down from over your head until your palms touch the ground. Your forehead should touch the ground as you bend forward. Close your eyes and relax. This asana helps in reliving joint and knee pain and makes them strong.
