It's hard work but running at sunrise is the best way to beat this heat and start your day.
This week has been a great week for training. Despite the heat and humidity it's usually cool enough in the early morning or evenings to run. An afternoon shower makes it even more pleasant. Although saying this I declared Tuesday and Friday rest days because by the end of the day I had reached my tether after 12 hours of toddler wrangling.
